Went for a ride on a flying plate...

So begins the legend of Francis and his flying plate. Inspired by some poems I wrote, the basis of this one written a long time ago (where it was FIC3, I changed the number, and what he rode on). This took me a few hours to do, writing a new game from scratch and copying portions of my own game to do so. Although I don't know what Francis is going to do yet, right now he seems like just enjoying you controlling him on his flying plate. Although that wouldn't be much of a game. So that's why I need to come up with a game idea for Francis. I observed that in order for the code to work, I had to design both players. Since I wasn't ready to, I just drew a blank player and threw it in there and it worked. Francis can warp from one side of the screen to the other horizontally, but not vertically. If I let it do it vertically, Francis would disappear at the top before going to the bottom. So that's why it's like that. I was going to have the flying plate be a ball, but then realized that a.) I don't know anything about 2600 balls yet and b.) Seems kind of wasteful for a ball in case I actually figure out how to program and control them, I got an idea: Have the flying plate be under him. So Francis and the plate are one sprite.
