Atarikid96
If you could have any model of 2600 in the world, along with one of any game, what would it be? For me, it would be an atari 2700 prototype system (shown below) and a CIB copy of air raid, of course! Lol i'm just wondering what all of y'all would choose if given the opportunity. Metal Jesus
The prototypes are cool... but honestly I just need a working original woody with my copy of H.E.R.O. and I'm SET FOR LIFE
Skippy B. Coyote
Probably what I already have: A Light Sixer and a copy of my favorite game, Harmony Encore. Edited March 6, 2017 by Jin
+sramirez2008
A 7800 with 7800 Asteroids and a Starplex controller.
AtariLeaf
A heavy sixer and Space Rocks. Homebrews count right!?
+groundtrooper
A 7800 with 7800 Asteroids and a Starplex controller. Man I need to get me a Starplex. I remember seeing them in Electronic Games Mag Back in the Ferg. I could never get my parents to pony up for a mail order controller.
Zuse
One heavy sixer in mint condition and a copy of Video Olympics signed by Nolan Bushnell, if you please. My life would be complete.
+cvga
The same console I had as a kid (regular 6 switch) and Beamrider.
+groundtrooper
If I am forced into a 2600 then my childhood light sixer that I still have. Cleaned up a little. And I couldn't pick just one cart. I would take my Harmony Encore and be set. But like sramirez2008 who is breaking the rules I would have a 7800 and a Concerto. That would be all I would need. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Your right...the OP did say any model of 2600, my bad. In this case, it would be a my Sears H6 with H.E.R.O., as this was my first heavy and I always find myself reaching for H.E.R.O.
+DrVenkman
I have a replacement for my childhood system (a Light Sixer) as well as the one I always thought was the most gorgeous model Atari, Inc. made, a Sears Telegames Heavy Sixer. The game I always wanted was ... all of them! And with a Harmony cartridge, I've got that too.
fiddlepaddle
I'd probably just break the rules too.
+Nathan Strum
My original (recently repaired) factory reconditioned Sears heavy-sixer in a light-sixer shell, and the game would be Stay Frosty 2 (the homebrew I had the most involvement with developing).
davyK
An original heavy sixer and an NTSC CRT to play it on. Game-wise....probably Medieval Mayhem. If it has to be an official game then Yars' Revenge. Edited March 7, 2017 by davyK
toiletunes
Assuming I could keep the stuff I already have, I'll take a Sears 4-switch and K-Tel's Spider Maze. If you mean I can only keep one, I'd switch for a Harmony. If you mean original run, then a Supercharger. If it has to be one game, Demon Attack (the original run with the secret ending). +sramirez2008
Demon Attack (the original run with the secret ending). Secret ending? Didn't know there was a version that has an ending. Is the ROM available?
+Nathan Strum
Secret ending? Didn't know there was a version that has an ending. Is the ROM available? By secret ending - he means that the game quits after level 84. Imagic later revised the ROM so it wouldn't.

Ahh...thanks for explanation. Won't need a ROM then, as I will never see level 85, let alone 84. +GoldLeader
I read the question and gave it some thought before reading the answers,... And I kid you not, my answer has basically already been given by davyK above! I wouldn't just copy ya Davy haha! But yeah I want a Heavy Sixer (Atari or Sears, with Atari Preferred), But modded with A/V and S-Video (or hell even RGB)...Then I want 2 pair of new Paddles from BEST with those Super Pots (Whatever they call'em) and I want Medieval Mayhem so I'd have a Great 4 Player game for when friends with beer drop by...
moycon
I'd want a working Heavy Sixer and probably a copy of Adventure. Used to play that game for hours back in the day, and still play ii from time to time!
