I know, right? Doing the 2nd act of Les Miserables in socks and sandles... very questionable.

I will add that it is very hard to sing "Do You Hear the People Sing" with something in your mouth.

Regarding Portland hotels...I recommend staying at a small, cheap shady place on the other side of town. Then drink way too much and party well beyond the time the last train leaves. Then walk 30+ blocks home at 1am and meet interesting characters on the way :D

Next time wear a Go Pro so you share your experience with everybody in the booth.

You can always sleep under the table in the booth.

Not sure what Rev would request as payment (painment)?

It's called the "walk of shame". Been there, done that.

If I could afford a Go Pro I'd have been staying at the Eastlund

Up til tonight I've heard the expression "threw up in my mouth a little bit" but never experienced it. Thanks for that. :woozy:

It's getting serious.

Got myself a new passport.

Got the US travel authorization.

Got the flight ticket.

Got the admission to the PRGE (full weekend of course).

...

Now for the hotel.

So, please start practice to talk slow and with no accents.   ;)

Does anyone know the Society Hotel? Looks quite nice and surprisingly cheap.

I still like the Crowne Plaza, it was reasonably priced and was a few blocks away from the convention center with a convenience market in between.

With great beer prices!!! :)
