JamesD
And the latest update: Vampire 500: First batch done! They did it in just two days. Result is perfect, boards are well soldered and packed. After initial testings all went good. Worked instantly after core loading. Nothing more to say! JamesD
Here's the order page, the board is 300 euros, 50 more than the A600 version. I think the price increase is more due to demand than cost , but that's their right. That might sound expensive compared to other options, but that is for 128MB RAM, RTG graphics with digital video output, SD and IDE.Plus it's the fastest Amiga accelerator out there and fits inside the 500. They have also shown an adapter to plug it into the A2000 accelerator slot.Hopefully the automated production will solve their slow delivery issues. They supposedly had a backlog of over 2000 board requests before they started using the automated production.http://apollo-accelerators.com/ Edited March 18, 2017 by JamesD
