If it wasn't someone that created the label on their own, then carts that usually look like that came from Ecoleco who sold coleco games when coleco went out of business.

It's either Telegames or Ecoleco. I see it has the euro/pal CBS style cart shell.

Though the cart is the European style (with the "handles"), the ColecoVision is region free, game wise.. The same games will work on both Pal and NTSC machines. As far as value, I'm not sure at all as far as a dollar amount goes. I'd say your version is worth less than the Epyx version.. Just my humble opinion though, I'm sure others may chime in if I'm wrong on that.
