"Batman" (ISO) or "La Abadia del Crimen" would be cool...

Batman is on the list of games to port. "La Abadia del Crimen" is not currently possible, as my tools do not support 128K games. But I want to make a break from isometric stuff now ;)

Remember when televisions had simulated stereo or sound enhancement followed up by 'spacializing' of audio?

I remember I played Batman (ISO) on CPC. Really nice with the 4 color hires and very playable.

Batman is an awesome and renowned game missing on A8 library.
I am glad it's on Mariusz list!

I am not sure if it is a 128K game, but if you're moving away from isometric games for a while, how about this:

Operation Thunderbolt?

... or even....

Double Dragon III ?

Well, Outrun really would fill a gap.

Is it a final version, or you plan to do some more work on this?

Operation Thunderbolt looks great, but has questionable gameplay. They removed target indicator, so you don't know what you are shooting at until you actually shoot ;( About the beat'em ups, I prefer Renegade and Targe Renegade, which are really great. I already made an attempt at Renegade, but code is complex and difficult to analyze. I need to improve my Z80 analysis skills for this game.

I like Terra Cresta, and shmups in general (which are missing on Atari). Driving games are also a gap to fill on Atari, but it looks that there are other driving games with better scores on Spectrum, like Turbo Esprit, Enduro Racer, WEC Le Mans or Chase H.Q.

As it is a passive use of POKEY's modulations, it' won't get better in RMT. So we could name it final.

So my vote goes to Chase H.Q.

Pssst... I tell you a secret, don't tell it to others.
If the coder likes to do a project, the chance of having the project finished is higher, if you support his interest ...

psst.... ;)

And, Chase H.Q. is also a must for the A8.

"La Abadía del Crimen" will be ported by rochete: thread (spanish), video (preview at C64).
