Guest
Don't know if this is possible - this is a "cap in hand" beg really. I've been trying to complete my A8 US Football games collection, but on title evades capture. Lance Haffner Games - 3-in-1 College & Pro Football. The Apple II and C64 versions appear easy to find, but the Atari 800/XL version just isn't out there. My question is for the experts: How easy would a port be? I'm happy to pay whoever takes it on - it'd also help complete the overall missing progs database. The Apple II version was (i believe) written in basic. attached are the Apple II dsk and C64 d64 disk images. anyone care to have a look? or know anyone willing to? thanks 3 In 1 College & Pro Football (1984)(Lance Haffner).zip3in1collegeandprofootball.zip
Xuel
I took a look at the C64 disks. Most of the code is straight C64 BASIC but some are BASIC programs that were compiled with the BLITZ! compiler. I was able to extract listings for most of the programs: 3in1-text.zip The procedure I used was: Extract the files from the D64 files using DirMaster Convert all of the files to .txt files using petcat Decompile Blitz!-compiled programs using Blitz/Austro Decompiler V3.1 It shouldn't be too hard for someone to convert the BASIC code now. Caveat: The decompiler failed on the following programs so there are no listings for them: Utils/cngcon.prg Uilts/foot loader.prg Standings/seeleag.nfl.prg Standings/seeleag.col.prg Standings/create.nfl.prg Standings/create.col.prg
