There was a screen protector applied since purchase (which I removed and tossed for the pictures as it was worn). The phone has no scratches and is in like new condition. It is the black 32GB model, is unlocked and works with GSM networks (SIM card) such as AT&T, T-Mobile and so on. $55 shipped inside of the USA takes it. SOLD!!
