New to Arcades - Need PSU Help, etc.

So, I have a supergun that'll be coming in a couple months. It's RGB's HAS. It takes molex power:

I have a few pcb/systems so far. I have a modded Tekken 2 that has the extra 2 buttons soldered to the jamma clip so that you don't need a kick harness, I have a Sega ST-V, a CPS2, and a Rival Schools board. I'm getting awfully confused when it comes to what power supply to buy. I heard someone say I needed at least a 450w, but that doesn't seem right as I can't even find one that high.

 

Would this one suffice?

Also, as far as a jamma connection to hook up to the supergun, I'm assuming I need a Jamma Extension cord, right? As each end is Jamma, and it's not being plugged in directly to arcade controls and an rgb screen.

 

Sorry for the elementary questions. I just don't want to destroy a board.

 

Oh, and one more thing. People keep talking about this -5v feature on these PSUs. I know that some boards need this to be turned on? But I'm not sure which ones that needs to be done to.

That is correct unless your powering a monitoring i don't think you would need more then 60-100w

Most people are using 130w SuzoHapp linear power supply for this project

Only downside is no off switch and you need to wire a power cord

Would need a Kick harness for the controls or a Neo Geo type controller

Kick harness you would need would be the CPS2/3

Also forgot you should be able to connect at least most of these boards directly with HAS Jamma connector to the PCB Jamma connector

 

"rgb screen" connection would depend on your setup
