It took some time to get used to the game-play.

I just wanted to say that while I haven't had time to sit down with these games, it's fun to see everyone so active, and a little weird to see so many modern flat panel displays playing ancient VCS games!

Ugh, missed 10k! Well, it's enough for the patch quest. Funny aside, I got over 58k on Megamania, and reset the system thinking I needed over 75k. Re-checked the score requirements and kicked myself in the butt. I'm not very good at that one and it's gonna take me a bit to beat the 45k requirement again! D'oh!

My bad. This was my first time playing the game and it did seem rather easy. How do you set up the game properly? I just threw it in and started playing.
Game 1 or Game 3 is 1 player vs. the computer. Game 2 or Game 4 are 2 player games. To get the "All-Star Hockey Team" patch (back-in-the-day or for this contest), all you have to do is beat the "computer" - so you have to play either Game 1 or Game 3, which would make you the blue score (left side). If you notice your picture in your post of 0-8, the 8 is in yellow meaning the computer beat you.
Update- I see you figured it out before I posted this message. 8-7 You beat the computer! Congrats!
