IMBerzerk
It's been out a while, but if you have not heard of it, or if you have and didn't read it yet..jump in. it's an 80s flashback that will blow a Gen Xer's mind! I read it a few months ago in 1 weekend. Our beloved Intv is mentioned as well. Best book for Super Geeks I've read to date. Hope you enjoy it. +intvsteve
It's a fun read. There's a small mistake in the Tron Deadly Discs Intellivision mention, but that's OK. Got my copy of the book signed by Ernie Cline at Classic Game Fest this past weekend!
hookem
It's an awesome book, I would imagine anyone on this forum who hasn't already read it would enjoy it. Same with his second novel, Armada. I got both signed at the classic game fest in Austin also! It will be interesting to see what happens when the big-budget movie version comes out next year (trailer is already available online). Could spur some interest in retro gaming (and perhaps other 80s stuff).
Flojomojo
Can we not have two threads with an identical title? IMB said it was a double post. The active thread is here http://atariage.com/forums/topic/267527-readyplayer-one-anyone-read-it/
