I can't guarantee much beyond that, though.  I've been like a crack-addled squirrel lately.

Well, this squirrel is really on a trip.

 

It runs as fast as it can and you should jump to avoid rocks.

 

If you endure enough, you'll see his girlfriend :)

 

P.S: No sound... yet... ;)

Debouncing isn't needed for joystick control or keypad control (if you are using it in game)

 

It's a word used to describe the effect of pushing a key and getting multiple repeats on screen, so typically debouncing is only used in static screens.

 

This is commonly handled in IntyBASIC games using this:

 

    WHILE cont.key = 12:WAIT:WEND    ' Wait till key is pressed

    key = cont.key ' take note

    WHILE cont.key <> 12:WAIT:WEND    ' Wait till key is depressed

I am reading it right now. Earlier today I wanted to test something in IntyBASIC and ended up with 100+ rows of code... but the test was successful!
