Quick dumb RF question

I've got a 4-switch Sears Video arcade that displays a little bit of waviness (not bad but enough to annoy me) on Channel 3. It looks perfect on Channel 2.

Would adjusting to RF modulator to improve the output on Channel 3 affect the quality of the Channel 2 output?

It would probably make it worse. All consoles seemed to work better one channel than another.

If you get good rf on any channel, i don't see a need to play with.
