I ordered a couple flashback controller adapters from Intellivision Productions, it's been almost two weeks now and aside from the automatic "your order has been accepted" message I've had no contact from them on the status of the order and no response to my emails. Is this type of delay usual with this web shop? How much longer should I wait?

It is a very unfortunate circumstance, Keith Robinson who was the president of the company has recently passed away. The future of the company is still being sorted out. I certainly cannot speak on their behalf, but if you need them sooner than later Nurmix at the Intellivisionaries podcast makes the ones that INTVp sells and he can probably take care of you directly and sort it out with INTVp.
