INTVfan98
Attached is a picture I took of the controller on one of my Intellivisions. Both controllers are the same. The console was manufactured in the U.S.A. The controller lacks the lip on the top that holds the overlays in place, which is nice because I often put a crease in the overlays when I use my sears or INTV 2. I have not seen another Intellivision like this, and have not been able to find photos of similar consoles online. Is this a variation?
mr_me
Its a very early model. What's the serial number? Does it say "Intelligent Television" on the gold panel next to Intellivision?
INTVfan98
The serial number is 063112, and it does indeed say "Intelligent Television". Thanks for the information
mr_me
Yeah, the earliest ones don't say "Intelligent Television". That missing lip is odd; [there's definitely lower serial numbers with the lip.] . Edited August 1, 2017 by mr_me
