VectorGamer
This is predominantly a pinball show * Pinball machines, video games, jukeboxes, slot machines, etc.* Lots of door prizes.* Outdoor flea market with no admission charge!* Pinball and Gameroom items on sale.* Kids and adults pinball machine tournaments.* Refreshments will be available. $15 Adults, $5 children ages 6-12, Free for Kids 5 and younger. (All prices are per person, per day) http://www.theyorkshow.com/ I will be going on Saturday only. I've read that they are working out the details for an IFPA tournament - perhaps on Saturday (that's when they had it last year)? Also they are moving to a bigger building at the York Fairgrounds.
Flojomojo
I gotta get to this. Inconvenient scheduling for me ... will they ever do it on other days?
VectorGamer
I gotta get to this. Inconvenient scheduling for me ... will they ever do it on other days? It's always been Friday and Saturday either last weekend in September or first weekend in October. How far are you from this event?
Flojomojo
I'm in DC, so York PA is an easy day trip. Sept 30 is my wedding anniversary and the last day of our fiscal year, so as much as I'd love to attend, I wish it were a week later once in a while. Austin
I will probably make it up there again this year, Saturday as well (although I wouldn't mind going both days, honestly--lots of different machines and deals depending on the day). Nice to hear they are moving into a larger building this year. Hopefully that means more things to see and do.
VectorGamer
I've been told that the guy that ran the IFPA tournament last year has a schedule conflict and they're looking for someone else to run the tournament.
Austin
I'm sure they'll figure something out.
