Amiga PSU--220/110?

With original power supplies, I think you would need a step-up converter. Somewhere I read that the later Amiga 500 switched mode power supplies may run on a wider range of input voltages than what the label says, but don't hold that against me if your home burns down.

There are modern third party supplies that are rated for 100 - 240V AC though, but that was not really your question.

If looks are of no concern, you could snip off the cable from the original Amiga 1200 power supply and graft it onto a spare PC AT power supply of your choice, already set up for 115V. It would produce enough power for your new Amiga 1200 with any kind of add-ons. Of course a step-up converter is prettier and you could use it with many different devices.

I use an Amiga 500 power supply on my 1200 so don't limit yourself to looking just for an exact Amiga 1200 PS in the US.

The US Amiga 500 PSU provides more current than the original 1200 supply, if I'm not mistaken.

There is always the Ray Carlsen version as well, but it's about $80 + shipping: http://personalpages.tds.net/~rcarlsen/custom%20ps.html

Aw, Ray is the best. I still owe him one for straightening out a C64 problem! Yeah, mainly just wondering what y'all would do for euro plug. I am a dummy when it comes to electricity. Seems like 1200s are going for like 500 bucks these days...
