TI-99/4A stuff found on the Internet (sharing thread)

While AtariAge has a lot of TI goodies, there is TI activity occurring on other websites around the world. Unfortunately, none of us can see or find it all. This thread is for YOU to post anything you come across that is interesting and that you feel others here might like or find interesting.

To start this new thread off, I'm posting this link that may be of interest to TI Basic and Extended BASIC programmers.

So I read on, and follow the link, - and what do I get, something I've just read. Feeling I'm wasting time here.

I copy "bytecellar", step one back, do a forum search, and sure enough

Well I never saw the initial post, so that worked for me :) I really enjoyed that read.

On a side note, that guy used a pretty convoluted way to get the program to the TI with no less than 3 operating systems involved (Windows, AmigaOS and Linux) not counting the TI system itself!

Yes, I thought that too. The first part of the article seemed to be the guy explaining the Rube Goldberg contraption he has for entering programs on his TI. I came away thinking that it would have been much easier to have simply typed it in!

That page overstates that color capabilities by a factor of 16. And the picture with all the sidecars shows a TI-99/4. Plus most the comments show as being posted 11 years ago, even though the post itself is listed as having been posted in 2011. Certainly strange.
