After I installed a composite mod kit in my 2600, the brightness is so low that playing Space Invaders at the right color configuration is almost impossible. And yes, I know about the color potentiometer. I feel like there should be a better option than adjusting the brightness of my TV to unnaturally high levels. RamrodHare Posted October 14, 2017 Share Posted October 14, 2017 Did you add the resistor to those two TIA pins? I'm half asleep, so I can't remember which two pins it bridges or what size it is. I just know it improves the color. Other than that, I just mess with the TV settings. If I recall correctly, I actually had to turn the brightness down some on mine.
