Big box Studio II would work with these? If you could test that with a copy of Schoolhouse I and it does fit snugly I'd buy a few. It would work great for any possible future big box customs, too

I can't say on that 1 for sure till they are made.
Since they will be made exactly for the adult games.
They will be very close but I think there is a good chance they will work For big box studio 2.
I will certainly test it once I have 1 in hand. ;)

I don't have any of the Mystique games Yet, but I will eventually.

Add me to the list for 10.

Cool :) yes, smart to get them now even if you don't have any but plan to. And since they are all gatefolds they are prone to falling open so protectors is very helpful for them.

Also I see that these 2600 adult protectors will also fit the activision fat box games.

These were made for a few platforms. Particularly colecovision and Atari 5200. I believe 4 titles for the coleco and 5 for the 5200.

Then I think they were also used for some 8 bit stuff and commodore...maybe others?

This is the next size I want to pursue somebody to make...but in case nobody is willing these adult protectors will be something they will at least fit in.

The adult protectors will be about 1/2" wider than needed and about 1/8" taller and 1/8"  thicker than needed for the fat activision boxes.

But I think they would still look very presentable in them and at least there would be something to fit them for now.

Do these fit other games, like Star Raiders?

Hmmm....don't have my Star Raiders in the big box out handy right now.

I would say it would have to be too big for these though.

If memory serves I think it is the same size as big box Indy 500 maybe?

If that is the case it is way to big and nothing I know of currently fits Indy 500 good.

If its the size of Track and Field though, there is a special box that fits that good.

So got out my big box star raiders set and was pleased to find out it fits very nicely in a super smash bros wiiu box. They are available here:

http://www.retroprot...otector-280.htm

These are a near perfect fit with just a bit of extra room on the thickness. These also fit track and field and the keyboard controllers and driving controllers.

I am documenting this info in my thread here:

And a final bump for the adult boxes.

He has made the order for them and we got enough preorders that he ordered 500. So hopefully this helps the price a bit.

Thanks everyone! I will post again when they are ready for shipping. Should be late January. :)
