A quick description of this demo, the download, and various caveats, known bugs, etc... can be found here. In short, this demo features a completely overhauled shooting system and lots of bug fixes. The new shooting system is explained in detail in these posts: The new weight system The new aim system The new curl system The game is very playable now, even without sweeping.
