I just found two copies of this game for 2$ each at a thrift store and was wondering if anyone knew the value on em. Im keeping one for my collection for sure and might sell one ,and they are the ntsc version that is like a 9 on the rarity scale thing. If anyone knows let me know!

Ebay, start at 1 cent, let it run for a week = you will be happy with the final price for sure.

The carts have both english and french titles, being french is second language here in Canada i assume maybe they were meant for a Canadian market?

No as that totally negates the method behind a 1 cent start price auction. Reserves are for special people and not the kinda special you want to be. ;)
