Inky
I built a makeshift one with a board and velcro, and it worked for a while, but I'm building my own currently using that and some scrap wood...
DanthWader
Still haven't found a file? I wonder how hard it would be to create one in tinkercad?
+Tarzilla
I'm working on one to go with a 5200 one currently under test, maybe in a month or two.

DanthWader
Testing tolerances on a cut up model.. Full print... The back needs work I attempted to make the controller "click" in with a tab. but they still slip out when playing aggressively. So I am making a revision to the back tabs, making them longer and "springy" to hold them in at the top.

DanthWader
Danth, Do sell these, and make it in black or 7800 purple! 7800 Purple? Interesting. I have black ABS I was going to try and print this out of. I do not have purple.
+-^CrossBow^-
7800 purple is just in reference to the 7800 games were originally going to feature a purple coloring scheme. 2600 = Red, 5200 = Blue, 7800 = 2600 red + 5200 Blue = 7800 Purple
Jinks
When done would you share your 3d print file?
DanthWader
When done would you share your 3d print file? https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2767791 here is the .stl file its still in Alpha phase. I have yet to print this version, I upgraded the back of the coupling and haven't printed this out yet to test tolerances. I can upload an .obj file of the same thing if anyone could improve this design. It could use a little tweeking everywhere. If you do print please comment and mark that you "Made This" if you have a thingiverse account if not don't bother.

DanthWader
Well thanks. The library prints for 10c a gram is that expensive? it weighs about 160 Grams... sounds like a good deal about $16...
DanthWader
I've made a few changes, added mounting holes, added "supports" to rear controller clips that will need to be removed (for printing purposes) I basically redesigned the base to make it more filament friendly and added bits of strength all the way around. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2767791 I will sell these, I'll have a master post in the market place maybe tomorrow for these and my controllers. maybe a few other things. Ohh, I printed in black ABS, I'll get some pics up. I don't have an enclosure which makes printing ABS a struggle. It's durable, but I printed in a low resolution (.35mm layer height). I think PLA has hit a good quality these days and I still feel the PLA is really durable. I'll try and make that an option to choose PLA over ABS. Printing in PLA cuts HOURS off printing time.
DanthWader
I printed this out in ABS and it is a BEAST.
