You may DL empty images here: http://atari.8bitchip.info/floimgd.php At bottom of page. They are better than those created by Steem, for instance. I am interested in HiTech Basic 2 v. 2.10, though, and want some disk images of such. BTW, I am looking for a disk image editor for Atari ST images and a program to associate .ST files to emulators and image-handlers. Use some hex editor for editing images. Or look some Atari util for that. I refuse to give you permission You asking really strange things, man.
