Looking for the older model of the BMOW Floppy Emu that accepts full size SD cards (the latest rev B supports microSD). If you have one to trade or sell PM me. Thanks!

No, the reason I want the SD version is not because I can't source micreoSD cards :) It is because I hate spring loaded microSD slots :)

they do have a tendency to flex the card, which is already the size of a toddlers pinky nail 

 

I dont like spring loaded any sd slot, including the full sized ones to be fair though

Agreed. That and the fact that the last time I ordered one with the microSD slot the spring load mechanism was defective from the get go. I also purchased an Everdrive once with the spring load mechanism broken. I hate the size of microSD cards in general but they are a little better when the spring load mech isn't present. It was removed from the Pi3 for a reason.
