Floppy Directories

I'm undertaking a project of backing up all my floppies to new floppy disks and I have a dumb question.

One thing I'd like to do is consolidate some of my old games onto fewer disks. A few of my disks have a nice directory that pops up (one says Atari Arcade, one simply says Disk Directory). If I add additional files to these disks, how do I edit the filenames within those directories? A quick look at the disk directory of each shows, in addition to the game files, only dos.sys and autorun.sys.

do you have a means to copy some of the "Atari Arcade" disks to ATR files?

if so, we can examine the structure using ATRtools.

any chance you could upload an ATR here?

Usually those simple loaders just display all the executable files on the disc. Add more files and they'll probably just show up automatically.

That's what I was hoping but, when I looked at the filenames on some of them, they don't match. As an example, the filename could be blumx and the directory would real Blue Max.
