Love the Atari XL computer.

Very cool, its funny how daddys toys are so much fun for the little ones!

lol yes my 2 year old (almost 3) has been doing good game wise lol bought him a vetch smile and he actually is playing the games and beating levels without help

Love the Atari XL computer.

thanks one of my latest systems and with the ultimate cart and the sio2sd I'm having a blast

just added a huge lot of boxed ti99 game (20 total) but only keeping the ones pictured

now to find a spot for them lol

I have another glass display case (like the one to the left of my tv)

so I will probably move my Zelda sword/shield and put it there and use it for the pc games

jus added a new shelf to hold my computing games and disks

picked up some monitor stands so I can now stack my vintage computers (feeling less cramped on my desk)

and added a new level of shelving to my console box display now it looks more clean (no more stacking boxes ) and was able to get the rest of my boxes out on display

also found a really nice vader mask at a local thrift store so got it mounted on the wall just need to figure out how to mount my 2 saber forge sabers under it

sooo lol added more 8 bit love lol

after buying a intellivision and a Atari 5200 decided I might as well grab a 2600 and 400 from my store and just go crazy lol

picked up a pair of cheap lack shelf units for 14$ each and bam! I'm almost at capacity.

if I can find a place to put the carts that are on the lower shelf , I should be able to add a 7800 and a coleco

Nice setup! Are all the consoles/computers plug into a switchbox or do you switch plugs manually?

(Also: you don't happen to be "discgolfer" from the Wonderland game forums from long ago... probably not, but thought I'd ask)

don't think I was ever on wonderland lol

as far a how its all hooked up its crazy lol

ps2 , original xbox ,wii , and sony psx desr and ps1 are all hooked to my 55 inch Toshiba by component using a component switch box (ps1 is plugged into the psx desr's composite input)

I also have a y cable on the output of the component switchbox that runs to a separate switch box connected to my legato capture device

av famicom, snes , n64 , game cube , dream cast , Saturn , 3do ,and Sega genesis are connected to the 55 inch Toshiba using 2 , 4 port composite switch boxes that are connected with a y cable so they function as 1 (tv only has one composite input )

the output on that is also split out to my capture device switch box

all the hdmi stuff goes straight to my tv (360 , neo geo x , wii u ) I do want to get an hdmi switch box for them so I can run all of them into my hd60 elgato for capture also

then for the computer stuff

the ti99 , apple //e , commodore 64 , vic-20 , and Atari 800xl all connect to a composite switch box that goes into my vcr then out to the 32 inch European sony tv

the vcr also has a y cable so its composite av output goes to my capture card as well

I'm kind of stuck on the rf only systems

I tried using a composite switch box to connect them all but it caused so much video noise that it was not usable

so for now I manually have to switch them out

they are all connected to the vcr ant input and its a daisy chain mess lol

had to hook the Atari 5200 switch box direct to the vcr ant

then connect the nintnedo rf box to the Atari 5200's ant

coco 2 , Atari 2600, intellivision , Atari 400

all connect manually to the ant input of the nintnedo switch box using a rf adapter

I will probably end up daisy chaining some y splitters so I can have everything connected at 1 time for the rf stuff

oh cant forget the neo geo mvs is connected to the sony European tv using scart lol
