RCA Studio II Composite Mod While Preserving the Console

Strange, I thought I'd posted this years ago. But I cannot find the info anywhere.

 

It came up over the last day or so that I might trade modding an RCA Studio II with composite video out for an item. In having the conversation I thought it might be fun to share the info with the MASSIVE amount of people waiting with great anticipation for more details about our beloved RCA Studio II system!

 

So, Behold! An RCA Studio II modded for composite video output while yet preserving the unit completely - FOR HISTORY!!! Nothing was cut, drilled, removed, etc. This will work via composite video, RF, or BOTH at the SAME TIME. BE AMAZED BY THIS MARVEL OF FUTURISTIC TECHNOLOGY!!! (but please forgive the imperfect photos)

 

Here is how the mod looks on the outside:

 

 

Notice that there were NO CHANGES to the integrity of the beautiful and stylish case!

 

Here is the power adapter that eliminates the need for the TV/Game switch:

 

 

 

Here is how it all connects together:

 

 

RF cable still perfectly in tact! No more bulky TV/Game switch! (unless you want to use it, then it'll be there, of course)

 

And PRESTO!!!

 

 

...Beautiful composite video in full living col... errr... CRISP AND WELL DEFINED BLACK AND WHITE!!!
