Help with unknown games

Around last year I was able to get a huge lot of TI-99 games. I am just now getting to them and I noticed that i couldn't find any information on some of the games. I figured i would post some pictures and all of the info I know. The first game is a version of multiplication, except it wasn't released by Texas Instruments. The next one is called Khe Sanh Guerilla War in Viet Nam. The game is on a disk, and produced by Not Polyoptics. The next game is Tower, also made by Not Polyoptics. This one is a cassette. The next one is B-1 nuclear bomber. It is a cassette. I can find Wikipedia saying it exists, but no photos. It is still sealed. finally I have Star Trap. When I looked up this game, it always states that it was made by Excltec, when mine says its made by DataBioTics Inc.. All of the other photos are games that are documented to exist, but have no pictures online. Space patrol, spy's demise, and red baron.

Space Patrol doesn't show up very often at all, so you have a good find there. Many of the DataBioTics cartridges seem to have lost their manuals through the years, so the fact that you have them in good condition with manuals is another plus.

On the Scott Foresman Multiplication 1 cartridge, the manual you have for it tells me that is is one of the ones they were selling at fire-sale prices when they were in the midst of shutting down their TI software division. Earlier versions of the same cartridge had a nice color manual and came in a black box about the same size as the boxes TI sold their cartridges in. Even earlier ones came in a huge color library box with an additional teacher's manual and the cartridge plastic was red. Scott Foresman had TI manufacture all of their cartridges for them and quite a few of them were sold by TI (with TI labeling) and Scott Foresman (with their own labels and manuals). A few of their cartridges were also sold by a company named Tronics. They came with a Tronics label and a Tronics color manual. The manuals from Tronics are extremely rare, as are the manuals (and most of the color cartridges) from the Scott Foresman large library boxes.

I have Space Patrol with the manual, I can scan the manual if you need it.

A lot of the last few year's of Triton/TM Direct some cartridges were sold that only appeared once then never again. Mancala is another rare one.

It would be nice to see all manuals of good quality scanned into PDF format. Yes! Please do the Space Patrol manual and post it

in << THIS THREAD >>. This way in the future anyone looking will be able to get a copy. Not only that, you will be contributing to

keeping the TI a thriving platform.
