I thought I would give members of our community the first chance at it. The unit comes with the original USB cable and installation disk and is fully functional. In addition, a second full-sized DVD is furnished with a complete list of supported chips, a cleaned up and better translated Installation Guide and Users Manual (not Chinglish) and most importantly, the drivers needed to install the programmer in WIN10 (the drivers came directly from the manufacturer).
