I wish you luck with this one. I still have my kids Amiga 500 in the basement. Unfortunately I never bought the Amiga 2000 as my economy was not so great in the old times. But I did work with Amiga 2000's at work. They had really great image handling and 3D graphics programs. Just curious... Currently I try to connect a Zynq 7010 (FPGA+Cortex-A9) to the Lynx. As a kind of external number crunsher :-) Letting the Cortex-A9 compute graphics or do complex game engine stuff ... So far I have used FPGA's for crypto, graphics transformation, radar signal handling. But this also has an ARM core on the chip.
