I'm not sure actually. I add them using the "More Reply Options" browse, attach, and then add to post. The swarm and the seaweed(?) are non-lethal. Seems the only way to figure out what's deadly and what isn't is to run into it. The white things (dove, tablet, cane) are worth points.
