Is there a best place to find games amazon used to have good prices but lately they sky rocketed I see e bay is priced better is shopping on e bay the same add to cart like amazon then pay and e bay handles the rest seems they have an add to cart feature now

Just seek out a smokemonster (internet user name) pack. He created one for all the NGPC games and you get subsets for homebrew, translation, hack, etc. The whole set isn't all that large, even a 1GB microsd card is more than enough. Trust me I know as I got in early and have had one for awhile. The system is a life saver if you don't want to be buying loose carts for $100+ for a few of the games like Rockman, Cotton, and the UK only english stuff like Evolution and Faselei.

You've got 3 ways to buy something on Ebay these days:

 

-Auction format. This is Ye Standard Ebay. Bid until the auction ends, high number wins, pay at the end.

-Buy It Now format. This is the Amazon style option. You can either hit 'buy it now' from the item page to pay immediately, or if you're getting multiple things you can add to cart & pay all at once. Keep in mind, if a seller offers a shipping discount, you'll still need to get them to send an invoice before you pay.

-Make An Offer option. Usually attached to Buy It Now items, this is the haggle button. You can make up to 3 offers, which the seller can accept, reject, or counter. I find most people won't take low enough offers to make this especially worthwhile, but sometimes you can get someone amicable & work out a nice deal.
