As you might know, Answer Software worked with rather generic boxes (black blank front, only differences are the name tags on the right side of the box), instead they glued the manual onto the box. Right now I have 10 4 sets ready to go. Content of the offer: 3 game boxes (Malagai, Confrontation, Gauntlet, NO GAME INCLUDED, repros are available through the AA store) 6 manuals (2 for each game) I won't glue the manuals onto the box, the owner can glue it if he wants to. The whole set costs EURO 60 (free shipping worldwide, payment Paypal only). If you are interested in single games: I'll add them to my regular list soon. Right now I only offer the set. Put a couple of creases in the box and list it with a pile of common boxed games in a blurry pic, voila. I sometimes wonder if we should serialize really good repros, so if someone tries to pull a fast one, we know the serial number of the customer. Once they change hands a couple times that wouldn't work anymore. It's all honor based really. Some people could have 1:1 fakes and never claim it real while others with obvious fakes would not only say they are real but sell 100 copies as legit without loosing a wink of sleep. Plus Marc's boxes still use the removable insert do they not? not many company's if any used that format back in the day. Does Marc print right on the box itself now or is that still applied after? If the former the thickness and non-mechanical imperfections would be noticed by a mindful eye. It's sad that nice reproductions like this can't be just appreciated and sold to honest folks. I think they are awesome, those boxes are super hard to find, in fact I have never seen a Gauntlet box and know of only one person with a properly labeled Gauntlet. Heutzutage sind aber echt noch sehr schlechte Leute auf eBay. Die Kopieren jetzt repros fuer protos. No reason to stop making nice things for the other 99 percent of decent folks to have fun with. Did you ever see a "labeled" confrontation? It's a glorified white mailing label for God's sake.
