Do you have OmniMon or Altirra? If so, break into the monitor, look at the bytes around $77CC. Write down 8 or 10 bytes of hex numbers, load up your sector editor, search for the string of bytes. When found, replace the number that was at $77CC with $38. Save the sector back to the COPY you made of your original disk.

 

Easy.
