Anyone had much dealings with Bradley Koda at Best Electronics?

I was trying to arrange an order with him via email for a few items and it seems he has just stopped communicating with me. I got a colleague to then email him, thinking he wasn't receiving my emails, to which he promptly replied, but as soon as he's got the request list of Atari Lynx items I'd like to order he doesn't appear to be replying again? :S

Simply put.... Brad is like the soup nazi. Nice guy, but you do or say the smallest thing that can set him off, like change one thing in your order.... blacklisted!!! Fair warning, if you complain to him about him not responding, you’ll get a huge rant about how busy he is and from then on, it’ll be almost impossible to get anything. Tried for almost a year to buy stuff and all I got was he was to busy to fulfill my order and to try later, which made zero sense??? Finally gave up recently.

Yep he stopped responding to me as well even though I've placed hundreds of dollars worth of orders with him. His is odd to say the least. Not worth dealing with really, there are other sites that have the same stock as he does.

If you know what you want, Brad is easy to deal with. He will take care of everything in a quick and professional manner.

On the flip side, if you are the type of customer that has a bunch of questions, special requests, changes your mind, or is picky, you will most likely be ignored. If you can't finalize what you want within a couple emails, NO GAME FOR YOU!

It may not be the best business practice, but understand him. I have dealt with so many people who ask for pictures, lists, prices, my "best" price, my "best best price if they but them all, etc.

Only to have them say nevermind and piss me off.

I bought stuff from him a least five times. Had to email / call a couple times to finalize order. Never got an bad attitude, but I would send him a list of what I wanted with part #s and what the current prices where.

At the end of the email asked for a total with what was in stock and shipping.

Was told by him outright two things: Keep the order small / simple and if you have ordered with before, give him your customer # first.

I would also recommend getting a catalog from him and before ordering check this page first:

http://best-electronics-ca.com/addendum.htm

This page will tell you whats sold out/ price has changed.
