Flojomojo
This is probably old, but I really like these, both in concept and execution, and especially in their packaging. Activision (look to be kit-bashed GI Joes) http://www.deathbytoys.com/2013/11/custom-atari-era-activision-figures.html Atari (repaints of Star Wars people) https://www.flickr.com/photos/63468360@N08/16527219028/
Feralstorm
Neat idea, but a bit generic in execution IMO (in the sense that even Atari fans might have no idea what they were specifically without an explanation. I wouldn't mind seeing someone try 'pixel art' figurines (similar to those "8-bit Mario/Link Nintendo figures) of Atari game icons, as screen-accurate as possible within the medium. Who wouldn't like a blocky li'l desk figure of an Atari Space Invader, or Pitfall Harry, or a Yar, or one of the dragons from 'Adventure'?
MrMaddog
Ah, if only Activision did a Captain N type cartoon show in the early 80's...
pacman000
There was a Pitfall show. https://www.bcdb.com/cartoons/Other_Studios/R/Ruby-Spears_Productions/Saturday_Supercade/Pitfall/ Looks like some clips may be on YouTube. Have to check that tomorrow.
+KaeruYojimbo
They are repainted G.I. Joe figures, done a couple of years ago. There's an older thread on here somewhere. The Pitfall cartoon was part of the Saturday Supercade with Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr, Q*Bert, Space Ace and some others I can't remember now.
