RF Interference on Composite modded 2600? Homebrews only

If you do this, please be very careful not to to short anything out on the board!!

 

Good point, I'd rather my system and homebrews not be guinea pigs. I am able to live with some homebrews having some interference. With the brightness at an appropriate level it's pretty much unnoticeable.

 

Not to mention disassembling any carts requires damaging the labels to get to the screw and I won't do that, especially to homebrews.

A layer of fish paper between the foil and the PCB would be a good way to prevent that. Assuming the clearances aren't that tight inside the cart (never had one open, so I can't speak to it). But fish paper isn't that thick either. And it's generally good to like 300v or something like that.
