Where to get TMS9918 chips?

Hi.

 

After some testing I think the TMS9918 chip in my first TI-99/4A is fried.

 

I would like to replace it, but I see that eBay only has Chinese suppliers for the VDP chip.

 

Experiences? Someone has eBay vendor suggestions?

I have one somewhere from when I installed my F18. Let me see if I can find it. It might take me a little bit to find, but if someone else finds one first, that's ok.

I have one from a working console. It has a bit of heat sink compound on it but AFAIK it is in working condition. PM me with your mailing address and I'll get it mailed. How does $10 sound? You can send the $$ via PayPal if it works satisfactorily when it arrives.
