jonecool
I was watching a video the other night where JediMatt was loading a program for his TIPI from a FG99 (I think) that moved a mouse and drew with the left button, right button cleared the screen. Very simple, but I'd love to try connecting a mouse to the TIPI+RPI. Anyone know where this program can be found or if it's even available? Omega-TI
I vaguely remembered having no luck with it, but this Wednesday (day off) I'll probably re-visit this, with a different mouse. After some searching, I found it. Click << THIS LINK >> to download it. I dunno if anything has changed or if it's advanced since then, but maybe Matt might chime in if he sees this message. jonecool
Sweet, thanks Omega! I got it to work, here's how: 1) I used the TIPI uploader (http://tipi:9900/files in your browser) to upload 'MOUSEDEMO' (from your download link) to the folder I have assigned for DSK1. 2) Plug in the mouse into the RPi 3) Go to TI BASIC 4) Enter the following: CALL TIPI("DSK1.MOUSEDEMO") Left mouse will draw dots, the right button clears the screen! Omega-TI
I found an old wired mouse today and tried it out, it worked, but damn... sensitivity issues.
