SNES Classic edition with internal SD card

I was curious if anyone has added the internal SD card mod for the SNES classic edition?

My question specifically is it the card is still loaded with roms like it is a USB external mod, or if they are added to the console?

Same here the only SD solution I know is the existing one you can use an external thumb drive with over usb. You get out the back a usb bypass and off the side you use a thumb drive or usb Sd card adapter with the games on there. You hakchi the system which reads either exterior media and you run 1000s of whatever you like booting off the device and not the limited internal storage

But then you have "stuff" hanging out of the USB port ;) I'm fine with it unadulterated. You can now fit 200 roms on the thing due to compression techniques in hakchi2. I honestly had a hard time finding 200 good games to add to the unit myself...after sifting through the hundreds of bad games on the console ;)

Hard not to agree with that logic. Finding 200 truly great SNES (or even NES too for the other) games is a bit of a stretch unless you let some standards slack a bit to round out a list. And really, given what the types of games they likely are, how long would it take someone to really dedicate to taking down 200 games anyway? Seems really like more than enough.

When I collected for the SNES I had less than 50 cartrdiges in total and that was all the games I liked on the system.

You're not far off. I'm around 55 games at the moment as I just found a cheap immaculate copy of Killer Instinct (most have messed up stickers.) Back in the day plus a few extras in the back half of the 90s as a second own I racked up probably 60 or so SNES games, a few aged terribly and just a couple more i learned of after then I appreciate a lot, so that's kind of why I've kept it in that range so long as it's already more than enough.
