I like the way you actively encourage feedback on your site and constructive criticism and aren't afraid to have errors pointed out.

That's refreshing and does you and the site great credit.

Looking forward to more great content in 2019.

Thank you, that's the only way to get community engagement and it serves as a way of making the site and articles better!  :D

If enough people like this style of article there'll be more to follow. Happy New Year! 🎆

Love the article, but your stealth propaganda still isnt enough to make me want to play Pit Fighter again. :P

Haha thanks, no propaganda intended. I did play the game after reading the draft though and found it was not as terrible as I once remembered. Maybe Jon can write similar articles about some other games in the future.

Happy New Year!

What do you do if you have a dead Lynx I console? Reuse its shell and fit it out with a Raspberry Pi Zero of course! 😎

Looks so cool. Can I ask how much did you pay for this wonderful mother board?

The price was 10EUR plus shipping. Quite cheap really.

It is already, you just have to contact the guy to order one.

Looking forward to that article with a step-by-step guide. All my Lynxes, however, still work...

That's my dilemma too, but I've been looking to take a Lynx apart to have easy access to its internals for some time now. This way I can both do this projects by reusing the case and at the same time have all the working Lynx hardware at my fingertips. It will be a couple of months before I get around to this though.

Many games have unsavoury moments, Atari Lynx is really on the light side of how foul it can get, but here are some of these. Have you got a favourite gross-out moment on the Lynx?

Oh, no you dont! Festors are awesome and totally make the Lynx port the amazing thing it is. Please see the 7800 and XE ports for the sad thing that is Xenophobe without Festors.

Ooh, you forgot the end boss in Gates of Zendocon...and those flying sucking sausage/sex toy thingies.

Haha good point on GoZ, I don't think that's Jon's favourite game though.

Speaking of GoZ, I'll have something cool around it soon  ;-)

Gates of Zendocon is an amazing game with many levels. Here's how they are all connected and how to get between them - https://atarigamer.c...on-universe-map

I actually did (in parts :)

The first game that made me want to do that in ages.

Is WT missing in your top30? My Top30 certainly would have included it (as usual a matter of taste for sure).

WT is  cozy RPG. No tedious mapping. Even the mazes and the tower is easy to memorize. One of the few games I have completed more than once.

Yes, rather straight layout but you only know that for sure 'afterwards' :)
