Keatah
It's certainly a "Super System" alright. Been around for 40+ years now!
RodLightning
It's also fun to play Super Breakout and Superman on your 2600 Super System.
Keatah
When you're done with that you can supercharge your system with a Starpath Supercharger!

Mister-VCS
What's the question? The question iis: why created Atari after the VCS 2600 a second "SuperSystem" (5200)? VCS / 5200 SuperSystem 7800 ProSystem
Keatah
Because marketing. With the computer lineup in place there was no need for another console. The 5200 heralded the crowding of the market. Atari was competing with itself and didn't even realize it - so great was the perceived need to "get something out there"..
