masschamber
Well I'm trying to get my cassette vision working completely, but the rocker levers don't work, I check for continuity and I have it, but their is a hex inverter so maybe replacing that will fix it. Anyone know where I can get a single chip, a compatible substitute, or have one? the chip is a d4050bc plus I think it might have a super easy av mod solution, (it might actually have line level signals readily available) Edited August 19, 2018 by masschamber
Osgeld
I will look in the stash, its pretty much a standard ttl level 4050 found just about everywhere from back then (including 6 switch and jr's along with 7800, maybe 5200 its been a while since i looked in a 5200) note you wont find one in a 4 switch 2600 and all machines have a super easy composite video output solution with a proper driver circuit as its got to be time-space wise compatible composite before it hits the RF mod (now voltage level wise its all over the place) Edited August 19, 2018 by Osgeld

Trinity
Is this it?
masschamber
Is this it? yes, though that is the cassette vision junior, the cassette vision has an extra lever, a switch for selecting "course" an auxiliary button, 4 paddles and a jack for a light gun the system is odd as owning both is really the best way to play its games as 3 are incompatible with the jr (granted 2 are baseball and the other is a nice pong game) but the 2 maze games play better on the JR (on the the buttons are arranged like a d pad as opposed to one side handling vertical and the other horizontal movement) it is one of those system on the cart deals with the console only housing power management, video output, some logic and controls
