Congratulations to our Season 11 Champion Brian (Bmack36)!! You certainly earned it with consistency and some outstanding scores! Kudos to Dugger as well! Winning the most games and rounds. You are a great Colecovision player, I salute you! Joe (jblenkle) had a fine season with some notable scores, and Ed (ed1475) also had some good scores too! Nice job fellas! I wish I could have played more games and rounds, but there is this thing called "Work". It was difficult for me at times not being more active, yet at the same time it was enjoyable watching you guys battle it out here and there. We will have our season ending drawing within the next week or two. Around the beginning of Fall in September, we will have a Fall Knockout Tourney for those interested. I hope everyone has a safe and pleasant Labor Day weekend! Thanks again to all who participated this season. It has been an honor and a privilege to be your humble moderator!

Always fun to participate! I enjoyed this season thoroughly and am glad to compete with such fine players. I know for a fact that Bmack and NCG are very good at many games, so it's challenging to keep up with them at times. That consistency was key for Bmack this season, as he blew me out of the water early in the season in games I struggled in. Joe and Ed had some impressive scores as well. Win or lose in any game or round, it's always fun to play, and sometimes the competition from such fine players as yourselves helps the rest of us not only strive to improve, but play some games more that we otherwise don't often play (and we come to appreciate such games more).

 

Looking forward to the next season. Just like all other facets of life, experiences are more fun when you have people/community to share them with. Being a member here at AtariAge is perhaps the most fun I've had with the Internet. You all are awesome!

I tried to find a clip of The Simpsons where Bart says work is for chumps, and Homer replies, "Son, I am proud of you. I was twice your age when I figured that out."; unfortunately, this is one of the few times YouTube has let me down.

Thanks for an enjoyable season. I really thought the last few weeks, Dugger was going to catch up to me as there were a lot of games that I hadn't played much. There were a lot of good scores this year from everyone.
