jacobp88
I have a model 2 intellivison and I have ran about 10-15 games through it with the same outcome. Everytime the system starts it displays a dark green screen, I've replaced the CPU chip and STIC chip and it still has the same problem. I think it might be the RAM but I don't know. mr_me
It could be the system ram ra3-9600 Check the voltages coming into the mainboard. https://console5.com/wiki/Intellivision_II

jacobp88
I replaced system ram and it is still having the same problem, so maybe another RAM chip?
mr_me
Have you checked the voltages coming into the mainboard? When you press reset does it flash any characters? I doubt the graphics ram or scratchpad ram would cause this problem, maybe the exec rom. The Intellivision II also has one special mattel chip. There's other components that can fail e.g. transistors, capacitors on the mainboard, and also the color chip. You can try posting in the Intellivision sub-forum; there's more experts there.
