GeekDragon
I have never even heard of this version till about a week ago, but I wouldn't pay that much.
Flojomojo
I'm going with "not." This is the holy grail of vintage console systems. This unit is extremely difficult to find as it was only sold through the mail-order club Columbia and not for very long.
digdugnate
holy grail, huh? that's up there with 'launch edition'.
Flojomojo
holy grail, huh? that's up there with 'launch edition'. There are more than 8000 hits on "holy grail" until you remove the reverb amp, the Monty Python movie, and the Indiana Jones reference. Then there are "only" more than 4000. I also saw two Folger's cans as seen in The Big Lebowski. Here's the expensive one. Society is finished. Where's that giant meteor coming for us? Can't come soon enough. jhd
There is utterly no way that I would pay more than a month's rent for a vintage (or even a modern) video game system. I would expect that most hardcore collectors willing to spend that much money already have one since its not that rare.
