+madman
Has anyone seen this? It was distributed in the US by HAPP which is interesting and sold nationally so it's not some cheapo knockoff. Any idea of the value? Edit: The back says "Super UFO" a popular Hong Kong based company at the time.

Edit: The back says "Super UFO" a popular Hong Kong based company at the time. Not sure I can answer value, however I do have one myself. I purchased it on ebay with a broken console and 3 other controllers and mouse for around $75 over a year ago. Mine is missing the screw-in joystick and I don't have a box. It works really well though, and there aren't many turbo options on 3DO. I did see 1 completed auction on ebay with a buy it now of around $20 including shipping.... I would assume you can probably get at least the original $24.99 out of it, but hard to say.
+madman
Thanks! I was thinking of tossing it up on EBay for $30 shipped. I have no use for a 6 button, but I figure some 3DO collector may be interested since it's boxed.

+madman
After more research the shell/buttons were used for the M2 prototype, pretty cool little bit of history.
UHATEIT
I'll buy it off of you if you still are wanting to sell it. I'd do it as a gift payment so you wouldn't lose any fees at all. Let me know!
UHATEIT
Did you end up selling this at all?

+chicgamer
Is this a good controller to use for Super Street Fighter 2? I've thought in the past about trying to track down a couple of 6-button controllers for my 3DO.
+madman
I'd think any 6 button controller would be better than a standard controller for SSF2.
Austin
I'd think any 6 button controller would be better than a standard controller for SSF2. Which button does SFII use for medium punch by default, X or P (I forget)? Surprisingly, some six button controllers I have had actually map the wrong button to where medium punch should be. This normally shouldn't be a problem, but when you go to change it in the controller configuration screen in SFII, you can't because the button you have to map it to is the same one that kicks you out of the configuration screen. Press the button to remap it to medium punch, and instead of changing the layout, you get booted back out to the previous screen.
