curtis
So, I"ve lost the AC adapter for my Printer 80 hexbus printer. It sort of works with a 9201, but seems like it needs more amperage. Does anyone have the specs for the TI 9401 adapter? And I looked in the owner's manual and it doesn't provide it. Typical TI! Thanks, Curtis

+Ksarul
Looks like there are plenty of 1A and larger 6V adapters available on eBay too. . .

curtis
OOPS! Thanks for the correction. Would've been rather irked if I'd plugged in AC voltage and blew the printer! 1 amp! That explains why the 9201 wasn't quite cutting it. It's only pumping out 300 ma. I'm assuming the polarity is the same given the 9201 worked, sort of. Just to make sure, is there any US people with a Printer 80 AC adapter to compare to?
+Ksarul
The adapter that I have never had a rating listed on it, so I always wondered what it should be (and the one pictured on the Hexbus site is the one I have now, so if you look at those pictures, you'll see what I mean). One note, it would also work in place of a 9203 adapter, as that one was about 600mA, IIRC, but otherwise similar to the 9201 (300mA) and 9204 (1000mA).
