If Im not wrong, there is so called 'blitter' unit integrated into Suzy chip.

Unfortunately I can't see any mention about 'blitter' there.

 

Does it mean there is no such a functionality in Lynx? I mean such a functionality like ST / Amiga blitter has: copy/fill/shift/mask a block of memory.

The "sprite" ( of which there are none ) engine is the "blitter" engine, also called Suzy. It has the normal, EOR, with transparent colour, to/not collision buffer, Stretch, flip etc. There is no generic "blitter" as in AND OR this part of RAM like the Amiga Design.
